Working Principle
The diaphragm compressor is mainly composed of components such as the motor, crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, and diaphragm. The motor drives the crankshaft to rotate, and through the connecting rod, the rotational motion of the crankshaft is converted into the reciprocating motion of the piston. When the piston makes a reciprocating motion inside the cylinder, it pushes the diaphragm to deform, thus causing the volume of the sealed space between the diaphragm and the cylinder to change periodically. When the volume of the sealed space increases, gas is sucked in; when the volume decreases, the gas is compressed and discharged, thereby achieving the compression and transportation of the gas.
 
Structural Features
Good Sealing Performance: The diaphragm completely separates the compression chamber from the driving mechanism, which can effectively prevent the leakage of the compressed gas. It is especially suitable for compressing toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive, valuable, and high-purity gases, such as hydrogen, oxygen, helium, etc.
High Compression Ratio: It can achieve a relatively high compression ratio, generally reaching 10:1 or even higher, which can meet the working conditions with different pressure requirements.
High Gas Purity: Since the gas does not come into contact with other substances such as lubricating oil during the compression process, it will not be contaminated, ensuring the high purity of the compressed gas.
Smooth Operation: The flexible movement of the diaphragm makes the vibration and noise of the compressor relatively small during operation. At the same time, it also reduces the wear between components, improving the reliability and service life of the compressor.
