Product introduction:
      Tubular heat exchanger is one of the most widely used heat exchangers in chemical industry and alcohol production. It is mainly composed of shell, tube plate, heat exchange tube, head, baffle plate and so on. The required material can be made of ordinary carbon steel, copper, or stainless steel respectively. When heat transfer is carried out, a fluid enters the connecting pipe of the head, flows in the pipe, and flows out of the outlet pipe at the other end of the head, which is called the pipe path; Another fluid enters through the nozzle of the shell and flows out from another nozzle on the shell, which is called the shell path.

Working principle: Through the flow of two kinds of fluid with different temperatures inside and outside the heat exchange tube, the heat transfer is realized.
      1.Structure composition: mainly composed of shell, tube plate, heat exchange tube, head, baffle plate and so on.
      2.Working process:
           (1)  Pipe path: a fluid enters from the connecting tube of the head, flows through the heat exchange tube, and exits from the outlet tube at the other end of the head.
           (2)  Shell path: Another fluid enters from the nozzle of the shell, flows through the heat exchange tube, and exits from the other nozzle of the shell.
      3.Heat transfer: The higher temperature fluid transfers heat to the lower temperature fluid through the heat exchange tube wall to achieve the purpose of heating or cooling.
      4.Baffles function: improve the shell fluid flow rate, prevent the fluid short circuit, increase the fluid flow rate, force the fluid to flow through the tube bundle repeatedly, enhance the degree of turbulence, improve the heat transfer efficiency.
      5.Compensation measures: When the temperature difference between the bundle and the shell exceeds 50 ° C, compensation measures (such as expansion joints) should be taken to eliminate or reduce the thermal stress to avoid bending, breaking or pulling the tube from the tube plate.
