Product Overview
The materials enter the machine from the feeding port. Under the action of the vibration force, the materials are continuously thrown forward in a horizontal direction. After the hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet materials, the moist air is dedusted by a cyclone separator and then discharged from the exhaust port, while the dried materials are discharged from the discharging port.
Product Features
The vibration source is driven by vibration motors, featuring stable operation, convenient maintenance, low noise, long service life and easy maintenance.
It has high thermal efficiency and can save more than 30% energy compared with general drying devices. The temperature distribution in the bed layer is uniform, there is no local overheating phenomenon, the fluidization is uniform, and there are no dead corners.
It has good adjustability and a wide application range. The thickness of the material layer, the moving speed inside the machine and the full amplitude change can all be steplessly adjusted.
It causes little damage to the surface of the materials and can be used for drying fragile materials; even when the material particles are irregular, it will not affect the working effect.
It adopts a fully enclosed structure, effectively preventing cross-contamination between the materials and the air, and ensuring a clean working environment.
When used for large-scale production of materials with high moisture content, multiple units can be connected in series to meet the user's requirements (typical materials: such as polyacrylamide, etc.).
