Hydrogen Deoxygenation Type Nitrogen Purification
The NCH hydrogen addition and deoxygenation series nitrogen purification device adds a certain amount of hydrogen to ordinary nitrogen. After mixing, the nitrogen-hydrogen mixture gas reacts in the deoxidizer filled with palladium catalyst, that is, O2 + 2H2 → 2H2O. Then, water is removed through condensation, and the nitrogen is dried and adsorbed to obtain high-purity nitrogen.
This device is mainly composed of a mixer, a pre-heater, a deoxidizer, a cooler, a refrigeration dryer, a dryer, various control systems, etc.
