This series of mixed gas proportioning cabinets is specially designed to provide large flow rate and high-precision proportioning of binary mixed gases. The cabinet-style structure is adopted for the external shape, which is convenient for operation and installation. In the mechanical part, the patented products independently developed by Huaxin, namely the "mixed gas balance valve" and the "mixed gas proportioning valve", are used. The overall design takes up a small space and has a high proportioning accuracy. The inlet gas pressure and the outlet gas pressure can be adjusted independently. A high-precision pressure regulating valve is used for the adjustment of the output pressure, which is convenient to adjust and has a high accuracy. At the output end, the capacity of the mixed gas buffer tank is selected according to the output flow rate, making the output pressure of the mixed gas more stable. The standard configuration includes an infrared on-line analyzer, and the digital display of the proportioning content is more intuitive, with a higher proportioning accuracy.
