4. Working principle
Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-containing gas moves horizontally to the center, the dust-containing gas stays longer, the washing effect is better, and the technical defects such as incomplete dust removal and easy blockage of water spray tower in some specific working conditions are completely improved. The product adopts special technology to avoid the blockage of the pump and the nozzle, which greatly improves the production efficiency. The water of the pool can be recycled to avoid the trouble caused by secondary pollution and save water resources. A number of "circular cyclone barrels" and efficient fog removal plates are installed in the cyclone tower. A solid packing ball is placed in the swirl barrel, and the top layer of the defogging plate is used to purify the water mist to achieve the purpose of defogging. The dust-containing gas rises in the swirl in the tower, and contacts with the liquid swirl entering from the top of the tower on each plate to complete the dust removal task. Through the action of centrifugal force, the large particles in the exhaust gas sink into the pool, and finally the cleaning shell is manually fished out, so that the gas is purified and discharged to the standard, and the water in the cyclone tower can continue to be recycled.
