Advantages of spiral plate heat exchanger:
       1.High heat transfer efficiency: because the spiral plate heat exchanger has a spiral channel, the liquid flows in the channel, and the fixed distance column is welded on the spiral plate to maintain the width of the spiral channel, under the centrifugal force of the spiral flow, the liquid can be turbulent at a lower Reynolds number. Generally, a higher flow rate can be selected during the design (the allowable design flow rate: about 2m/s for the liquid and about 20m/s for the gas), which can make the fluid high dispersion and good contact, and is conducive to improving the heat transfer efficiency of the spiral plate heat exchanger.
       2.Not easy to plug: in the spiral plate heat exchanger, there is a self-scouring effect, so its dirt deposition rate is about 1/10 of the shell and tube heat exchanger, which is not easy to plug.
       3.Compact structure: a spiral plate heat exchanger with a diameter of 1.8m and a width of 1.5m has a heat transfer area of up to 200 square meters, and the heat transfer area per unit volume is about three times that of the shell and tube heat exchanger.
       4.The sealing structure is reliable: the sealing method is welded seal, and the sealing between the medium and the atmosphere in the heat exchanger adopts the flange connection sealing structure.
       5.Small temperature difference force: Spiral plate heat exchanger is characterized by allowing expansion, so there is no temperature difference stress.
       6.Small heat loss: Due to the compact structure, even if the heat transfer area of the heat exchanger is very large, its external area is still small, and because the fluid close to normal temperature is flowing from the channel at the outermost edge, it is generally not necessary to heat preservation.
      7.Simple manufacturing: spiral plate heat exchanger compared with other types of heat exchangers, the manufacturing hours are the least, the mechanical processing amount is small, the material is mainly sheet, easy to roll, and the manufacturing cost is low.

Spiral plate heat exchanger classification:
1. Carbon steel spiral plate or stainless steel spiral plate
     The main feature is that both ends of the spiral channel are inserted into the seal strip after welding and sealing, and the two fluids are spiral flow cold fluid from the periphery to the center, this type of heat exchanger is called type I.
     Carbon steel spiral plate or stainless steel spiral plate heat exchangers are suitable for convective heat transfer, mainly for the heat transfer of liquid-liquid fluids.
2. Detachable spiral plate
     The main feature of this heat exchanger is that the two ends of the spiral channel are welded together. The sealing of both ends adopts the sealing structure of the top cover and gasket, and the spiral body is mechanically cleaned by the two ends respectively. This spiral plate heat exchanger is detachable, mainly used for gas-liquid heat exchange with a pressure of 1.6mpa.
3. Through spiral plate
     The heat exchanger is characterized by the two ends of a channel are fully welded, the two ends of another channel are fully open, and the fluid is transferred from the periphery to the center in the fully welded channel, and then transferred to another peripheral outflow. The other fluid only does axial flow, this structure is mainly used for steam condensation downward to do axial flow and the nominal pressure used is condensed, and the condensate is discharged from the bottom.
