Technical principle:
Water spray absorption tower adds special absorption liquid to the scrubber to effectively remove benzene, organic alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, lipids and other organic waste gas. The polluted gas enters the penestrine tower from the left side, and through the spray of liquid mist, insoluble viscose particles and dust fall to the water surface. Then, it is filtered through the filter to filter the water and suspended particles of the gas and eliminate the malodor and harmful gases, so that the clean gas goes out from the upper part, the insoluble viscose particles and dust pour into the collection tank, and the suspended particles go out from the overflow port. The collected sediment is discharged from the sewage outlet. Chemical agents are added to the spray tower to fully react with organic waste gas to better decompose and remove odor in the waste gas.
The gas in the tower of the water spray absorption tower is sent by the fan, the gas is sent from the bottom up, and the absorption liquid is driven into the top of the tower by the acid-resistant pump through the liquid distribution device to spray evenly downwards, forming countercurrent absorption. After the gas is combined, it passes through the de-fog section in the tower and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. Different acidic gases are absorbed by different absorbing liquids. When sodium hydroxide solution is used as the absorption and neutralization solution, the purification efficiency of hydrochloric acid mist can reach more than 98% when the solution concentration is 2-6%. The efficiency of purifying sulfuric acid fog can reach more than 97%. The efficiency of purifying nitric acid fog can reach more than 90%. The efficiency of purifying cyanide-containing waste gas by using sodium hypochlorite solution as absorption and neutralization solution is over 95%.
