The Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA for short) nitrogen generator uses the compressed air that has undergone purification and pre-treatment as the feed gas. The feed gas enters the adsorption tower filled with adsorbent (carbon molecular sieve). According to the different adsorption amounts of nitrogen and oxygen in the compressed air when passing through the adsorbent at different pressures, usable nitrogen is separated. When the pressure is increased, oxygen is adsorbed by the adsorbent, and nitrogen flows out of the adsorption tower and enters the nitrogen storage tank. When the pressure is decreased, the adsorbent is regenerated by desorbing oxygen. In this way, the two adsorption towers operate alternately and repeatedly to achieve the separation of nitrogen and oxygen, so as to continuously produce the required nitrogen for use.
The nitrogen production device is mainly composed of compressed air pre-treatment, compressed air buffer treatment, adsorption and separation treatment, nitrogen buffer treatment, and control components.
High stability of the equipment during gas supply operation:
--Meticulous and comprehensive pre-sales research
Starting from the front-end design, we fully consider the usage scenarios and purposes of users. With sophisticated and scientific process design, we ensure the high stability of the equipment.
--Unique air pretreatment components
The secondary buffer design makes the air pressure more stable.
--Super oil removal system
The design of this system can process the compressed air to reach the level 0 standard, preventing the trace oil contamination of the molecular sieve, protecting the molecular sieve, and making its adsorption operation more stable.
--High-quality and efficient molecular sieve
Select high-quality and efficient molecular sieves to ensure the adsorption efficiency of the molecular sieves.
--Reliable valve control system
The design of this valve system enables its service life to reach three million times.
--Nitrogen buffer treatment
Excellent nitrogen buffer treatment balances the nitrogen indexes, making the nitrogen output pressure more stable.
