How it works:
The low-temperature evaporator uses vacuum negative pressure to reduce the boiling point of the liquid, so that the wastewater boils and evaporates at a lower temperature (usually around 30 ° C). The heat source is provided by the compressor, and the waste water is heated by the heat exchanger. The evaporating water vapor is condensed into liquid water by the condenser and discharged to achieve the concentration of waste water and the separation of water.
Material process flow:
(1) After the raw material is transported by the electromagnetic flowmeter to the front-end primary preheater (steam condensate preheating), it enters the top of the single-effect heater through the distribution of liquid, and carries out a falling film evaporation and concentration;
(2) The primary effect concentrated liquid is transported by the primary effect bottom material circulation pump, and the secondary falling film evaporation and concentration is carried out by the liquid distributor at the top of the secondary effect heater.
(3) The two-effect concentrated liquid is transported by the two-effect bottom material circulation pump to the liquid distributor at the top of the three-effect heater for three falling film concentrated evaporation.
(4) Three-effect concentrated liquid discharge, according to the hydrometer online detection, real-time detection of material concentration, if the material concentration reaches the set requirements, it is interlocked with the discharge valve, open the discharge conveying finished product tank, otherwise open the material circulation valve, the material is recycled to the evaporator for evaporation and concentration again.
Steam process flow:
The raw steam enters the primary heater for heating, evaporates and concentrates, and the secondary evaporating steam generated by the primary effect heats the secondary effect, and so on. The secondary steam generated by the three effects enters the end condenser for condensing and cooling the condensate, and the condensate pump will centrally discharge it.
Condensate process flow:
The condensate water produced by the steam of the primary heater is preheated to the material through the front heater of the water transmission pipe at the bottom of the shell to save the amount of raw steam. The condensate water produced by the right condensate pump of the two and three effect heater and condenser is discharged centrally to achieve zero pollution. The non-condensing gas is connected to the end condenser by the non-condensing gas nozzle and removed by the vacuum pump.
